What is a Giclée Print?
Giclée printing is a high-quality fine art printing process using archival, acid-free paper. It produces rich, detailed colours with exceptional tonal range, designed to last for decades without fading. Every print is produced using pigment-based inks on museum-grade paper for a result that’s as durable as it is beautiful.

What size print should I get?
It depends on your wall space and how much of a statement you want to make. As a rough guide:
- A4 — great for desk displays, shelves, or smaller walls
- A3 — a versatile size, works well in most rooms
- A2 — makes a real impact, ideal as a focal point
- A1 — statement piece for larger walls or open spaces

Do you offer framing?
Not at the moment — prints are sold unframed. That said, we’re exploring framing options for the future, so keep an eye out for updates.
How do I find a frame for my new prints?
All prints are standard ISO sizes (A4, A3, A2, A1), so they’re easy to frame with off-the-shelf frames from most home and art stores. We recommend looking for frames specifically labelled with these sizes to ensure a perfect fit. A simple white or natural wood frame tends to complement the prints beautifully.
How long will my prints take to arrive?
All prints are shipped within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 4–6 business days
- Australia: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 9–14 business days
All orders are fully tracked and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Tariff Free Shipping to the USA
Great news for our US customers — all orders shipped to the United States are currently tariff free. You won’t be charged any import duties or customs fees on your order. The price you see is the price you pay.
Returns
All prints are carefully packed in sturdy mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the print and packaging to rivercousinart@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement straight away.
As prints are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
